GRANVILLE COUNTY, N.C. — A couple accused of killing a man and dumping his body at a Granville County landfill, will not face the death penalty.
Jamie Auld and Vallie Tucker are accused of killing Percy Nelson. Tucker was dating Auld at the time.
Nelson was Tucker's ex- boyfriend.
