HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. — A teenager was killed Monday when he lost control of his car.
The accident happened Monday morning on Holly Springs Road in Wake County.
The Highway Patrol said 18-year-old Michael McDonald died after his car slammed into a van. He died at the scene.
Two people in the van are recovering from non-life-threatening injuries.
