ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. — An Orange County man accused of murder is now a free man.
Andrew Dalzell got out of the Orange County jail Tuesday on $25,000 bond.
Earlier in January, a judge ruled police used illegal tactics to get Dalzell to admit to an unsolved murder.
Prosecutors appealed the judge's decision. Dalzell is still charged with killing Deborah Key.
