RALEIGH, N.C. — A new bond hearing is set for a woman accused of fatally poisoning her husband.

Ann Miller-Kontz will go back to court Dec. 10. Her attorneys plan to ask for bail, so she can go free until her trial.

Miller-Kontz was arrested in September, nearly four years after her husband, Eric, died of arsenic poisoning.

Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty in the case.
