Man Arrested In Connection With Durham Bondsman's Murder

DURHAM, N.C. — A second man wanted in the murder of a Durham bail bondsman was captured Friday in Delaware.

Officers arrested Rahteek Victoria, who is charged in the 2002 murder of Carl Greenlaw.

Victoria is the second person charged in the case. This summer, investigators charged Virgil Harris.

Harris also faces charges in Wake and Orange counties for armed robbery.
