RALEIGH, N.C. — Two people have been arrested in a connection with the shooting death of a teenager in a Raleigh city park on Sunday.

Authorities say Reginald Lamant Turner, 17, was found around 5 p.m. behind a house near Kingwood Forest Park, where they say he fled after being wounded.

Turner was transported to WakeMed but was pronounced dead a short time later.

Lafiamma Diboh, 17, was arrested and charged with murder. Needham Junior Holder, 16, is charged as an accessory.

Turner recently graduated from Bonner Academy and was studying to become a barber. He also recently started a lawn care service with his father.
