RALEIGH, N.C. — A Johnston County man is charged with murder in the death of his stepson.
Caleb Sarotte, 23 months old, died in his parents' home near McGee's Crossroads last weekend.
An autopsy report revealed the cause of death as a blunt force trauma to the body.
Investigators arrested Manuel Fiqueroa-Hernandez and charged him with the child's death.
