RALEIGH, N.C. — A Wake County grand jury indicted a self-proclaimed minister Tuesday on various sex offenses involving children.
Kenneth Dixon faces eight charges after being accused of inappropriately touching several girls.
Investigators say he used a church van to take the children from their Walnut Terrace neighborhood to the Pullen Park Aquatic Center. Police say that is where the alleged abuse happened.
