DURHAM, N.C. — The American Tobacco project is filling up one tenant at a time.

On Monday, McKinney and Silver, the Triangle's largest advertising agency, moved its headquarters from downtown Raleigh to the Bull City.

The agency was located on the Fayetteville Street Mall for more than 30 years.

McKinney and Silver joins GlaxoSmithKline, which moved in at the end of June. Workers from Duke University and Compuware will move in soon.

The project is owned by Capitol Broadcasting Co., WRAL's parent company.
