ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. — Nearly 200 people gathered in Rockingham County to draw attention to an unsolved murder case.

People from across the state rode their motorcycles to the bridge where 9-year-old Jennifer Short's body was found two years ago.

Those who attended the brief memorial hope the attention will lead to a clue that could break the case.

Short was reported missing after her parents were found murdered in their Virginia home.

The bridge has been named in her honor.
