CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Kacey Suitt, 18, of Chapel Hill, died in a fatal accident Saturday morning before 8 a.m.
Suitt was driving west on Dairyland Road, crossed the center line near Union Grove Church Road, and ran off the road. The car struck a tree and flipped.
Investigators said speed was the cause of the accident.
Suitt's passenger was transported to the hospital. The name and condition of the passenger were unavailable.
