HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. — A woman injured when a tractor-trailer plowed through a Harnett County restaurant is out of the hospital.
Elizabeth Smith was having lunch inside Peggy's Seafood Restaurant when a truck crashed through the dining room on July 19.
The restaurant owner's son, Dale Hardee, was killed and several others were hurt.
Last week, truck driver David Brachear, of Burlington, was charged with involuntary manslaughter and assault with a deadly weapon.
