DURHAM, N.C. — Durham is in the running to bring 500 new jobs to town.
County commissioners and the city council may offer an incentives package to lure a new window factory. If a deal is struck, the company could move into a vacant plant in Research Triangle Park near Cornwallis Road.
The company's name was not revealed. But officials said it is a supplier for Lowe's Home Improvement.
