The Sampson County deputies are searching for three men in connection with a fatal shooting at a nightclub over the weekend.

A fourth suspect turned himself into authorities Sunday night.

The shooting occurred around 5:30 a.m. Sunday at Club Annette's, located at 3460 Lisbon Bridge Road in Garland. Deputies said they intercepted a vehicle containing a shooting victim who later died at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

The victim was identified as Dwayne King, a 25-year-black male.

Warrants for first-degree murder have been issued for Orenthal James McIntyre and Jerris Andre Spearman.

Bruce Jordan Spencer, Jr., turned himself in to Sampson County deputies about 7 p.m. Sunday. Spencer was charged with first-degree murder and and placed in the Sampson County Detention Center without bond.

Spearman was sent to UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill for wounds received during the shooting. Hospital officials said they released Spearman before notifying the Sampson County Sheriff's Office.

Detectives said they also are seeking Timothy Beatty, calling him a "person of interest" in connection to the homicide.

The suspects last were seen operating a late 80's tan Oldsmobile or Chevrolet Caprice passenger vehicle.

Investigators from the Sampson County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating the case.

Anyone with information relating to the shooting is asked to call the Sampson County Sheriff's Office at
