Cary Man Goes Through With Lawsuit Against Army

CARY, N.C. — A Cary man is suing the Army, filing a lawsuit in federal court Thursday morning.

Todd Parrish, who has served in the Army and Reserves, got a letter ordering him to report to active duty. But Parrish said he finished his committment to the military last year.

Parrish told Army officials they made a mistake and gave them until Wednesday night to correct it. They did not.
