Garner Police Get New Technology To Track Stolen Cars

Posted Updated

GARNER, N.C. — Authorities say a vehicle is stolen every 25 seconds, and one local police department is doing its part to find them.

Garner police recently installed new technology in their cars to help them track down stolen cars more quickly.

Cars with the system send out a radio frequency that will allow police with the receiver to track them faster.
