<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — The Radisson Prince Charles Hotel in Fayetteville is on the market for $4.5 million.

The current owners said investors approached them, wanting to buy the building. Right now, four groups appear to be interested in purchasing the hotel.
