DUNN, N.C. — No charges will be filed against employees over raunchy music at a roller skating rink.
Two parents filed a report with the Dunn police department in April.
They claimed the disc jockey played music with explicit music during family hour.
Parents thought the incident violated the state's obscenity law, but the assistant district attorney says no laws were broken.
