Mike Peterson Out Of Solitary Confinement; House Drops In Price

Posted Updated

DURHAM, N.C. — Mike Peterson has been released from solitary confinement and the house at the center of his trial is now a little cheaper.

Peterson, who was found guilty last year of killing his wife Kathleen, was moved into solitary confinement in March at the Nash Correctional Institution. Officials would not say why he was placed there.

The Department of Correction now say Peterson has been moved back to a normal cell.

Meanwhile, the price of his Durham home at 1810 Cedar St. has been reduced. It is now listed for $795,000.

Originally, realtors were asking for more than $1.1 million.
