DURHAM, N.C. — Crews are investigating the cause of a fire at a Durham boarding house Thursday morning.
Three tenants live in the upstairs portion of the home on the 1300 block of South Roxboro Street. No one was home when the fire started.
Damage is estimated at $60,000.
The Red Cross has offered assistance to those residents.
