RALEIGH, N.C. — The Raleigh Police Department has arrested John Robert Dozier, 61, on charges of murder and attempted murder in connection with the death of Joanne Brooks and the shooting of Ricky Lee Bradshaw.
Police say the crimes were committed at 23 Mecklenburg Terrace at approximately 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
Dozier was taken into custody without incident when he was located in the 1400 block of E. Jones Street.
