RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are investigating a series of armed robberies at local dry cleaners.
Five stores -- four in the same area of Raleigh and one in Wake Forest -- have been robbed at gunpoint since the beginning of the year.
Police are urging the 91 dry cleaners in Raleigh to take precautions.
All of the robberies have happened between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. just as employees were getting ready to open their stores.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Raleigh police.
