COLUMBIA, S.C. — South Carolina senators missed all the excitement in their chamber.
A large chandelier fell onto two desks. The fixture was being serviced when a cable snapped.
No one was hurt -- the South Carolina Senate adjourned last month.
The desks are destroyed.
