Transportation Hub May Replace Heart Of Durham Motel

DURHAM, N.C. — The Heart of Durham motel could soon be no more.

Plans were unveiled Friday for a new transportation hub that would replace the building overlooking Chapel Hill Street.

The motel could be demolished as soon as April.

The hub could open in three years.
