<b>HENDERSON, N.C.</b> — A Henderson man already accused of murder is dealing with a new round of charges.

Henderson police filed kidnapping and burglary charges against 20-year-old Marcel Johnson. They say he broke into another woman's home on Jan. 29 and robbed her.

Police believe that break-in occurred days before 67-year-old Mary Brummitt was beaten to death in her home.

Johnson is in jail without bond for Brummitt's murder.
