CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A 20-year-old man who was shot multiple times as he drove through southeast Charlotte Friday became the city's 31st homicide victim of the year.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say they have no suspects in the shooting death of Anthony DePaul Little. He was found alone in his car, with bullet holes in his windshield.

Capt. Randy Johnson said police can't say yet whether it was a drive-by shooting or a case of road rage.
