RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh residents got their first look at plans for a new development on Tuesday night.
The plans include restaurants, retail stores and a long awaited downtown supermarket. The independent market will be on Peace Street as part of the Seaboard Station Development Project.
Raleigh leaders say a city's residential success is often measured by the presence of a grocery store.
