is the new name for Tobin Advisors, am investment bank based in Charlotte.
The five-year-old business changed its name as J. Paul Solitario became a partner in the firm. It was founded by Justine Tobin.
Tobin Solitario provides investment banking services to small- and middle-market businesses and executives.
"Paul has brought greater depth of deal structuring skills, financing expertise and relationship-building to the firm," Tobin said in a statement. "Paul has unique market access and perspective. His insight into various financing markets provides added value to our clients in meeting their investment banking needs."
The firm also has added Elizabeth Stoeber and Michelle Young as directors. Both are based in New Jersey. The two also have worked for Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and PaineWebber.
