RALEIGH, N.C. — The state Department of Transportation will temporarily close northbound Interstate 95 on Wednesday, Feb. 4 and Thursday, Feb, 5.
Lanes will be closed nightly from 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. between mile markers 57 and 59. Signed detours will be in place during the closure.
The outside lanes of southbound I-95 between mile markers 57 and 59 will be closed within the next week.
The NCDOT reminds motorists to watch signs for construction information, stay alert, and obey the posted speed limit.
