PINEHURST, N.C. — A staple at Pinehurst Resort is stepping down next month.
Patrick Corso, president and chief executive officer, is leaving Pinehurst after 17 years of service.
Under Corso's leadership, the resort regained its position as a leader in the golf and hospitality industries, thanks in large part to the U.S. Open.
