RALEIGH, N.C. — A Wake County grand jury handed down indictments Tuesday for one of Raleigh's deadliest traffic accidents.

Police said Veeder was drunk when he plowed into a group of Good Samaritans in November at the intersection of Nowell and Chapel Hill Roads in Raleigh.
