ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. — An Orange County man is out of jail, but he is not out of trouble.
For two years, a judge has been ordering Hoyle King to put up a fence to surround his junkyard at his house.
King was charged with contempt and ordered to jail for 30 days when he did not finish the project on time.
The judge has since relented and released King after only five days, but there is a catch.
King has to finish the fence by Nov. 20 or the judge says he will order the county to remove King's junk.
