<b>FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Investigators in Fayetteville are still looking into the sudden death of a 4-year-old boy.

Lance Totland's mother and stepfather rushed him to Womack Army Medical Center, where he died Thursday during surgery.

Officers would not discuss his symptoms or cause of death. They have not ruled out foul play, but have not charged anybody in the case, either.
