Raleigh Police Seek Robbery Suspect

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are looking for a man they believe robbed a store on Glenwood Avenue earlier this week.

According to police, a man entered the Adam and Eve store at 6311-A Glenwood Ave. at 3:21 p.m. Monday. He displayed a silver handgun and demanded money. The clerk handed over money, and the suspect fled on foot.

The suspect is described as being between 40 and 50 years old and standing between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall. His weight is estimated at between 160 and 180 pounds.

The suspect reportedly has salt-and-pepper hair and a tan complexion, and he was wearing a gray T shirt and khaki-colored shorts.
