Police Continue Search For Man Who Robbed West Raleigh Bank

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police in Raleigh continue to search for a man they said robbed the First Citizens Bank on Avent Ferry Road on Sept. 18.

The robbery occurred at 9:21 a.m., when police said the man entered the bank and handed a note to a teller. He did not display a weapon.

The suspect is described as a white man, in his mid-30s to early 40s, who is between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall, with a stocky build. He wore a black baseball cap, (with white roping at the base of the brim), a red, hooded pullover shirt, blue jeans, tennis shoes, and sunglasses.
