Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty In Durham Shooting

Posted Updated

DURHAM, N.C. — Prosecutors in Durham want the death penalty for two cousins accused in a deadly shooting.

A woman was killed and three others were wounded in the June 25 shooting on Markham Avenue.

Police say it was sparked by an outstanding debt on a drug deal in which none of the victims were involved.

The suspects, Brian and Dennis Hargrove, are both from Virginia. They are currently in the Durham County Jail.
