Raleigh police arrested three men Friday in connection with the death of Stephen Curtis Hoyle, 24, who was found shot to death in a room at the Studio Plus hotel in north Raleigh Thursday.

Noureddine Oumous, 21, of 1011 Gilby Road in Apex, and William Michael Estes, 25, of 6304-C Linville Drive in Raleigh, are both charged with murder and were being held in the Wake County jail.

Charles Dyvonne Estes, 35, is charged with accessory after the fact to murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Officers responded to 921 Wake Towne Drive around 11:30 a.m. after a housekeeper found Hoyle's body in a guest room at the extended-stay hotel.

Anyone with information about Hoyle's death should call Crime Stoppers at 919-834-HELP. Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for anonymous tips that help solve cases.

Good job in making a quick arrest! On the other hand, it seems the police are never on hand when you actually need one, like BEFORE someone gets killed.-fishon

Brilliant comment. And just how were they supposed to prevent this??????

Rebelyell says that now but wait till it's them or one of theirs getting stuck and will be singing a different tune.

When will we stop killing people who kill people to show that killing people is wrong?

well, when you only have 10 officers working 1 district and they are running around responding to domestic disputes, disturbance calls, motor vehicle wrecks and numerous other incidents called in by citizens there is no way for them to be at every place you want them at.

Good job, once they start and get away with it, they'll just keep killing. Now, if we can just get some sense in when to stick em and be done with it so they don't sit for 20 years. No reason we can't do what is right in less than two years with today technology.

I know, they should have been in the room when this happened and they could have prevented it....worthless cops voiceofreason32 January 27, 2012 4:17 p.m. Report abuse

My point being you have to be prepared to defend yourself at all times, as the police can't be with you all the time.

"you libs", nice try.
