WILSON, N.C. — Almost four years after Hurricane Floyd put most of eastern North Carolina underwater, one city is getting ready to finish its cleanup.

Wilson is demolishing the last of the flood-damaged homes it bought with disaster money after the hurricane.

Toisnot Mobile Home park is the last project, and it should be done by the end of the month.

In all, Wilson bought and demolished 353 houses damaged by Floyd.
