ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. — Rebekah Revels' former fiance is joining forces with a group you would never expect.
Revels gave up the Miss North Carolina crown after Welch threatened to expose topless pictures of her. After Welch handed over the pictures in court, the judge signed a protective order to keep them private.
The North Carolina pageant says it needs to see the alleged topless pictures to help their lawsuit against Revels.
In a motion filed this week, state pageant officials have solicited the help of Tosh Welch to get a clarification of the court order.
