2 Dead, 1 Wounded In Goldsboro Shooting

GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Goldsboro police are investigating a shooting that left two people dead and a third wounded.

Officers found James Croom, 24, dead in his car Monday night near the intersection of Olivia Lane and Crawford Street. Trasond Gerald, 20, who was a passenger in the car, died at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Police found a third victim, Otavis McKinnon, 18, nearby. He had also been shot. He was also taken to the hospital.
