CARY, N.C. — A second Cary teenager is charged with harassing and assaulting a black neighbor.
Cameron Blackman, 16, turned himself in Thursday.
Blackman and two other teens are accused of intimidating a black teenager at Lake Lochmere. Investigators said they told the 15-year-old victim he did not belong there.
Authorities have already charged 16-year-old Matthew Salvatore Luongo with one count of ethnic intimidation and one count of simple assault. Cary police are waiting for the third suspect to turn himself in.
