Durham Daycare Owner Found Not Guilty Of Child Abuse

DURHAM, N.C. — The owner of Hop, Skip and Jump, a Durham daycare facility, was found not guilty on three counts of child abuse Monday.

The facility has been closed since January, when owner Toki Holden was accused of giving children Nyquil and assaulting a child. She was charged with three counts of misdemeanor child abuse.
