RALEIGH, N.C. — Crabtree Valley Mall is mapping out plans to ease parking headaches.
The mall's owners have asked Raleigh's planning department for permission to build a 50,000-square-foot deck. It would be located along the southeastern front of Hudson Belk.
The deck would add about 120 more parking spaces.
