Task Force To Study Proposed Raleigh Roommate Limit

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — A task force will study Raleigh's proposed roommate limit.

The proposed occupancy ordinance would limit the number of unrelated people living together in single-family homes and duplexes to two, down from four.

Tuesday, the city council appointed a task force made up of people from neighborhood groups, local universities and nonprofits.

Members will issue their report in May.
