RALEIGH, N.C. — Harvey Turner is back in the Vance County jail.
Henderson police arrested him Thursday night when they responded to a disturbance call.
Turner ran from the scene when police arrived, but officers were able to catch up with him.
Turner and Rodrick Bates escaped last week from the jail when they went through a fire door that a work crew left unlocked.
Bates was re-captured last Thursday. Turner now faces charges relating to the escape.
