RALEIGH, N.C. — More living space is coming to downtown Raleigh. Two condominium projects are in the works.
The biggest plan calls for 52 condos, including 16 luxury units for about $600,000 each. They will be built at the corner of Morgan and Dawson streets.
The second project is a 16-unit building on Hillsborough Street across from St. Mary's Street. They start at $235,000.
Construction will take at least 1.5 years.
