Fire fighters found 31-year-old Ben Wilson dead inside his mobile home Monday morning. Authorities said it appears he was alone at the time of the fire.
Neighbors say Wilson lived at the home for about a year and was supposed to start a new job next week. Wilson worked as a nurse, helping elderly and homebound patients.
"It's a shock, a shock," said Kathy Wood, who lived near Wilson. "It is a shock for all of us living here and we are saddened by this situation."
Investigators are calling the fire suspicious. They also said they have not ruled out the possibility of arson.
Wilson's body has been sent to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
