FORT BRAGG, N.C. — A former Fort Bragg soldier convicted of murder filed a complaint with the State Board of Psychology against his former lover.
John Diamond is serving a life term for killing Air Force Sgt. Marty Theer. Diamond was having an affair with Theer's wife, Michelle, who was also his therapist at the time.
Sources said the complaint accuses Michelle of unethical behavior. Diamond's attorneys also claim Michelle is the real killer.
Police said she is still considered a suspect.
