Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — The 6th annual Downtown Raleigh Home Tour is being held this weekend.
Condominiums, homes and other new construction will be open for viewing. Current residents will open up their homes to give people a view of what downtown has to offer.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $14 the day of the event.
Organizers of the event are also offering a $1,000 closing cost incentive to the first five tour attendees to close on a downtown home.
