<b>FRANKLINTON, N.C.</b> — The sounds of bluegrass are filling the air in Franklin County.

PreddyFest begin Thursday in Franklinton.

Rodney Preddy started the festival on his property more than a decade ago.

Thousands of people come from all over to enjoy the three-day festival.

The event is held on Green Hill Road off Highway 56 West.
